OMG This is the coolest thing ever.I have been wanting to make one of these things forever. I bought the tile a few weeks ago. It has been freezing to death in my car. Finally brought it in. Then came the fabric. I had to have some really cool fabric, since I will be looking at this thing all the time. OMG. I went to my fabric stash and found the coolest fabric. I bought it over a year ago and didn't know what to do with it. Well, I finally figured it out. Perfect for this job. Two different fabs for the perfect job.
On the top it even has a removable needle pin holder. I put in a 2-liter bottle bottom. This way you can just dump out your snippets.
I got this idea from a few places. Mainly on this yahoo group I am involved in. They are the friendliest folks.
